I did a YouTube video over Fire For Effect on my channel. Wow! what a great shave. It was easy to build a lather and the perfect slickness.
I haven't used Fire for Effect soap yet, but I am extremely happy with each soap I have used so far and love your products. The straight razor adjustable handle is wonderful. Once I got my preference dialed in, it's great. I've been using it x 2 yrs now. Don't see myself stopping.

I am not a fan of animal hair shaving brushes. Ergo, when I saw this brush had synthetic bristles, I wanted to try it out.
The brush works well. I anticipate the bristles will not break or bend such as the badger hair brushes. I’ve never had a horse hair or boar hair brush so I cannot evaluate them.
The shaving soap is very good. The glycerine base should last about a month of shaving. The scent is there.
Overall I would recommend and buy these again.
I ordered a kit as a gift, but also threw in a can of Code 4 for myself. This is an excellent quality shave soap. It lathers very easily, and smells great. It definitely made for a good close shave. I will be buying more. Company backstory alone should be enough to give it a shot.
