Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping orders will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package through our carrier's website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the near future.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to the carrier's negligence.
